These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zt888 ("zt888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all aspects of your access to and use of the zt888 online gaming platform accessible at zt888.ws and any associated mobile interfaces.

• You are accessing zt888 on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you have independently verified that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not employed by zt888, any affiliated company, or any gaming software provider whose products appear on the platform, nor are you an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from zt888 or any affiliated gaming platform, unless your exclusion period has formally expired and your account has been reinstated through the official reinstatement process.
• You are not included on any self-exclusion register maintained by a recognised gaming regulatory body.

zt888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility, including government-issued photo identification, at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may hold one (1) zt888 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. The name on your zt888 account must match the name on the payment method(s) used to deposit and withdraw funds.

• Registration information must be accurate and kept current at all times.
• You must notify zt888 promptly of any change to your registered details via the account settings panel or by contacting support.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify zt888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• zt888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

All financial transactions on the zt888 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zt888 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR deposits or withdrawals. Approved payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC-20.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: PKR 500.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your zt888 wallet instantly upon successful transfer confirmation.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited within one (1) business day of the transfer being confirmed by the receiving bank.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• zt888 does not accept cash deposits or deposits via postal order.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for outbound transfers.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and one (1) business day for bank transfers and SadaPay.
• Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification hold if identity documents have not yet been submitted and verified.
• zt888 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests that trigger internal fraud or AML screening thresholds.
• Any balance derived from bonus funds that has not met the applicable wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal.

zt888 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome match bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to your zt888 account must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer terms before any portion of those bonus funds or winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Contribution: Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, cricket betting, and arcade titles may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without notice.
• Maximum Bonus Bet: While a bonus balance is active in your account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per bet as stated in the offer terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your zt888 account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may forfeit the previous bonus.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through hedging, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements, or coordinated play with other accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

All games available on the zt888 platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and arcade titles — are governed by the specific rules published within each game or betting market, in addition to these general Terms.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for slots and casino games. zt888 does not control, influence, or modify game outcomes in any way.
• Sports betting results are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, PCB for PSL). In the event of a dispute, zt888's settlement decision is final.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced ("in-play" bets) are accepted subject to the live odds available at the time the bet is confirmed by the platform. Bets placed on delayed or erroneous odds are void.
• zt888 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure is identified. Voided bets are returned to the player's PKR wallet.
• Winnings from voided rounds or cancelled events are not payable. The original stake is returned in full.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average payout across all players and do not guarantee any individual outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zt888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market available on zt888.
• Providing false or misleading registration information, including using another person's identity or payment details.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the zt888 platform for personal gain. Any such exploit must be reported immediately to [email protected].
• Using the zt888 platform to launder money or conduct any other financially criminal activity.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the zt888 platform's underlying source code or proprietary systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward zt888 support staff or other players in any shared feature of the platform.

zt888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Reductions apply immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum PKR amount you can lose within a specified time period. Loss limit reductions apply immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen notifications at intervals of your choosing to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the zt888 platform. Self-exclusion activates immediately upon confirmation by the support team and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Minimum self-exclusion period is six (6) months.

All content on the zt888 platform — including but not limited to the zt888 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, software interfaces, game presentations, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of zt888 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the zt888 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any zt888 content without prior written authorisation.
• Use zt888 branding, trademarks, or logos in any external context without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any zt888 platform content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar tools to extract content or data from the zt888 platform.

Any unauthorised use of zt888's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zt888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the zt888 platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Loss of data, account information, or transaction records arising from system errors outside zt888's reasonable control.
• Financial losses incurred through normal gaming activity on the platform, including losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes or sports results.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Pakistani banking institutions.

zt888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

zt888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on zt888, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under zt888's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

Dispute Resolution Process: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with zt888 through the following informal process:

• zt888 will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days of receipt.
• If the dispute is not resolved through this process within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate to the applicable dispute resolution body under zt888's licensing jurisdiction.

zt888's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus settlements, and sports betting results are final and binding unless a clear and demonstrable technical error can be established through the formal dispute process described above.
